Forrest Hise is the Managing Senior Partner and Director of Business Development at 1st Veterans Security LLC, where he leads the company’s growth and operational excellence across multiple regions. With a focus on corporate security, UHNWI family protection, and risk management, Forrest has built a reputation for delivering tailored security solutions that meet the unique needs of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations. His leadership in business development has been pivotal in expanding the company’s client base and operational territories, while ensuring top-tier service and reliability.

Forrest holds the prestigious Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification from ASIS International, a testament to his deep expertise in security management. His strategic oversight encompasses mission planning, operations management, and the integration of security protocols that enhance both client safety and business continuity. Forrest’s commitment to excellence is matched by his dedication to ethical business practices, serving on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau (BBB), where he promotes trust and integrity in the business community.

In addition to his leadership in security, Forrest is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), adding a critical layer of emergency response capability to his skill set. This medical training further enhances his ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments and ensure the safety of those under his protection.

Forrest also serves as Chairman of the Legislation Committee for the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners (LSBPSE), where he plays a key role in shaping and modernizing the state's security regulations. Appointed by the Governor of Louisiana, Forrest’s leadership ensures that the highest standards of safety and professionalism are maintained across the private security industry.
