Richard Hise is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background as an MBA and professional engineer (P.E.), currently serving in the pivotal role of Director of Finance at 1st Veterans Security LLC. Richard's primary responsibilities encompass project budget oversight and raising capital for substantial CAPEX projects.  In addition to his financial duties, he meticulously monitors and ensures the company's compliance with legal requirements and regulatory statutes for each contract.

A distinguished alumnus of Louisiana State University, Richard graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, earning the distinction of summa cum laude. He further honed his expertise at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1979.

With a career spanning over 30 years in business management and engineering, Richard has showcased his financial acumen through successful leadership in several large capital raising campaigns within the private energy sector.  Notable achievements include guiding four Gulf Coast drilling programs and steering the financial trajectory of an upstream oil company.
